Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 14 - Barclays Bank plc priced $446,000 of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Sept. 15, 2027, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 4.125% in years one through six, 5.125% in years seven through 11 and 6.5% in years 12 through 16. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning Sept. 15, 2012, the notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.
