Chicago, May 11 - Barclays Bank plc priced $145,000 of capped and floored floating-rate notes due May 12, 2021, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is Libor plus 125 basis points, with a maximum rate of 7% and a minimum rate of 2%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
