New Issue: Barclays prices $100,000 15-year step-up notes with 3.75% initial rate

Tacoma, Wash., April 27 - Barclays Bank plc priced $100,000 of step-up fixed-rate notes due April 28, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 3.75% in years one through four, 4% in years five through seven, 4.5% in years eight through 10, 5% in years 11 and 12, 6% in year 13, 6.5% in year 14 and 7.5% in year 15. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
