Madison, Wis., Feb. 18 - Barclays Bank plc priced $31,000 of step-up fixed-rate notes due Feb. 17, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be 4.5% for the first seven years, 5% for years eight through nine, 5.5% for years 10 through 11 and 7% to maturity. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
