Chicago, Dec. 15 - Barclays Bank plc priced $4 million of capped and floored floating-rate notes due Dec. 30, 2014, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 4.25 times Libor, subject to a minimum interest rate of 1.5% and a maximum interest rate of 10%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
