New Issue: Barclays prices $20 million 10-year capped, floored floaters on Libor

Madison, Wis., Aug. 20 - Barclays Bank plc priced $20 million of capped and floored floating-rate notes due Aug. 26, 2020 linked to Libor, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly and will equal 1.61 times Libor, subject to a maximum rate of 8% and a minimum of 2.5% per year in each interest period.
The payout at maturity will be par.
