Tacoma, Wash., May 26 - Barclays Bank plc priced $250,000 of capped floating-rate notes due May 28, 2020 linked to the 10-year Constant Maturity Treasury rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes bear interest at a per-year rate equal to the 10-year CMT rate plus 30 basis points, subject to a maximum rate of 10% per year in each interest period. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
