New York, April 16 - Barclays Bank plc priced $5 million of floating-rate notes due April 28, 2020 linked to changes in the Consumer Price Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be equal to the change in the CPI plus a spread of 2.25%, with a floor of 0% and a cap of 8.5%. Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
