New Issue: Barclays sells $1.03 million capped floaters linked to 10-year CMS rate

Chicago, April 15 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1,025,000 of capped floating-rate notes due April 29, 2020 based on the 10-year Constant Maturity Swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be equal to the 10-year CMS rate, up to a maximum of 7.05% per year in each interest period. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
