Barclays plans Super Track notes on iShares Russell 2000 index fund

New York, April 7 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Super Track notes due May 31, 2011 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 15% to 17.5%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
The notes will price on April 27 and settle on April 30.
