New York, April 6 - Barclays Bank plc priced $10 million of capped and floored floating-rate notes due April 20, 2020 linked to the 10-year Constant Maturity Swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is equal to 0.9 times the 10-year CMS rate, subject to a maximum of 10% per year and a minimum of 3% per year in each interest period. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
