Tacoma, Wash., March 9 - Barclays Bank plc priced $2 million of floating-rate notes due March 25, 2020 linked to the 10-year Constant Maturity Swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will accrue at a per-year rate equal to the 10-year CMS rate, subject to a cap of 8.25%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
