New Issue: Barclays sells $7.2 million 10-year fixed-to-floating notes with 7% cap

Chicago, Dec. 9 - Barclays Bank plc priced $7.2 million of fixed-to-floating notes due Dec. 10, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be 4.625% for the first thee years. After that, the notes will pay Libor plus 189 basis points, up to a maximum rate of 7%. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.
