New Issue: Barclays sells $3 million buffered Super Track notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Dec. 9 - Barclays Bank plc priced $3 million of 0% buffered Super Track notes due Dec. 13, 2016 based on the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.17 times any fund gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent.
