New Issue: Barclays sells $297,000 of 4.125% step-up fixed-rate notes due 2023

Chicago, Dec. 8 - Barclays Bank plc priced $297,000 of step-up fixed-rate notes due Dec. 9, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be 4.125% for the first nine years, 4.5% for years 10 through 11, 4.75% for year 12 and 6% for year 13. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
