New Issue: Barclays prices $225,000 Super Track notes on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, Nov. 29 - Barclays Bank plc priced $225,000 of 0% Super Track notes due May 30, 2012 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 27%.

Investors will share in any losses.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent.
