New York, Nov. 24 - Barclays Bank plc priced $970,000 of step-up fixed-rate notes due Nov. 26, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is initially 3.75%. It steps up to 4% on Nov. 26, 2013, to 4.25% on Nov. 26, 2017, 4.5% on Nov. 26, 2021 and to 6% on Dec. 22, 2022. Interest is payable semi-annually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes are not callable.
