Barclays calls all its $1.27 million quarterly review notes due 2011

Cleveland, Nov. 8 - Barclays Bank plc announced that it will redeem its $1.27 million outstanding 0% quarterly review notes due Nov. 7, 2011.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 8 at 106.3%.

Barclays priced the notes on April 30 based on a basket of two equally weighted commodities, platinum and palladium. The notes were priced at par plus a call premium of 12.6% per year if the basket closed at or above its initial level on any of six quarterly review dates. The commodities were initially priced at $1,738 for platinum and $552 for palladium.

Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
