New York, Oct. 28 - Barclays Bank plc priced $15 million of step-up fixed-rate callable notes due Nov. 18, 2025, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is initially 4.15%. It will step up to 5% on Nov. 18, 2015 and to 6% on Nov. 18, 2020. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes may be callable in whole or in part on any interest payment date beginning on Nov. 18, 2015.
