New Issue: Barclays sells $3.07 million 3.5% step-up notes due October 2022

Chicago, Oct. 20 - Barclays Bank plc priced $3.07 million of step-up fixed-rate notes due Oct. 21, 2022, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be 3.5% for the first eight years. After that, the rate will be 4% until Oct. 21, 2020, 4.5% until Oct. 21, 2021 and 5% until maturity. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
