New York, Jan. 29 - Barclays Bank plc priced a $1.5 million issue of 0% Super Track Notes due Feb. 28, 2011 linked to shares of the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is at least the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any gain on the fund, capped at a maximum payout equal to 120.19% of par.
Investors will share in any losses.
