Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 25 - Barclays Bank plc priced an additional $444,000 of capped and floored floating-rate notes due Jan. 27, 2025 linked to the 30-year Constant Maturity Swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The additional notes bring the issue size to $1.44 million. The original $1 million of notes priced on Jan. 12.
Interest is payable semiannually at a rate equal to 0.8 times the 30-year CMS rate, subject to a floor of 4% per year and a cap of 12% per year in each interest period.
The payout at maturity will be par.
