New Issue: Barclays prices $6 million Buffered Super Track notes on Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Index
New York, Jan. 25 - Barclays Bank plc priced $6 million of 0% Buffered Super Track note notes due Jan. 27, 2014 linked to Dow Jones-UBS Commodity Index shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.00 times any index gain, capped at 82%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
