New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million Buffered Super Track notes linked to S&P MidCap 400

New York, Sept. 29 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% Buffered Super Track note notes due Oct. 28, 2010 linked to S&P MidCap 400 shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at 15%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
