New Issue: Barclays sells $2 million protected notes linked to Pimco Total Return Fund

Chicago, March 27 - Barclays Bank plc priced $2 million of zero-coupon 100% principal-protected notes due April 7, 2014 linked to the Pimco Total Return Fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 112% of any fund gain.

Investors will receive at least par.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the agent.
