By Jennifer Chiou

New York, March 11 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Buffered Super Track Notes due April 30, 2010 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

The notes will price on March 26 and settle on March 31.
