New York, July 12 - Barclays Bank plc priced a $1.5 million issue of zero-coupon 100% principal-protected notes due Oct. 14, 2011 linked to a basket of three indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P MidCap 400 with a 50% weight, the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 with a 20% weight and the Nikkei 225 index with a 30% weight.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.
