New Issue: Barclays prices $15 million floating rate notes on SOFR

Columbus, Ohio, April 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $15 million of floating rate notes due April 26, 2027, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be SOFR plus a 80 basis points spread, subject to a 0.8% floor. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
