Chicago, April 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $711,000 of 0% notes due July 24, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, capped at par plus 45.5%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.
