New Issue: Barclays prices $2.4 million barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.4 million of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Dec. 12, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 170% of the index’s return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 80%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any index decline if it falls by more than 20%.
