New Issue: Barclays sells $3.33 million phoenix autocallable notes on Amazon

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.33 million of phoenix autocallable notes due Dec. 4, 2025 linked to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 11.65% if the stock closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier on a related observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless the stock finishes below 75% of its initial value, in which case investors will receive 6.8451 Amazon shares.
