New Issue: Barclays prices $703,000 barrier SuperTrack notes on SPDR ETF

Chicago, Sept. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $703,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due March 20, 2025 linked to the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 61%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the ETF finishes below its 80% barrier level.
