New Issue: Barclays prices $12.13 million capped notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $12.13 million of 0% capped notes due Aug. 29, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains by more than 2%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 15.4%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par plus 2%.

Barclays is the agent. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. will act as placement agents.
