New Issue: Barclays prices $20.74 million market-linked notes on Invesco S&P 500
New York, Aug. 15 – Barclays Bank plc priced $20.74 million of 0% market-linked notes due Aug. 4, 2027 linked to the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the ETF is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 40%. Otherwise investors will receive par.
