Chicago, Aug. 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $640,000 of 0% notes due July 31, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, capped at par plus 40%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
