New Issue: Barclays sells $4.43 million barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P
Chicago, Aug. 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.43 million of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Sept. 27, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index’s return is positive or zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index’s return, subject to a maximum payout of 13.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
