New Issue: Barclays prices $500,000 barrier digital notes on stocks

Chicago, July 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $500,000 of 0% barrier digital notes due Dec. 26, 2023 linked to the performance of the Bill.com Holdings, Inc., Illumina, Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each underlier finishes at or above 60% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 27.25%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
