New Issue: Barclays prices $10 million floating rate notes on SOFR

Buffalo, N.Y., July 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $10 million of floating rate notes due July 5, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be SOFR plus a 145 basis point spread, subject to a 1% floor, and will be payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
