New Issue: Barclays prices $1.58 million autocallable notes linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., June 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.58 million of autocallable notes due June 22, 2026 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 7.4% call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on June 17, 2024.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the index.

Barclays is the agent.
