New Issue: Barclays sells $50.04 million floating-rate notes linked to SOFR

Columbus, Ohio, June 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $50.04 million of floating-rate notes due May 26, 2026 linked to SOFR, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be the reference rate plus 100 basis points, subject to a minimum interest rate of 1%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
