New Issue: Barclays prices $5,000 autocallable step-up notes linked to Barclays Trailblazer

Chicago, June 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5,000 of 0% autocallable market-linked step-up notes due Jan. 31, 2030 linked to the Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 8% per year if the index closes at or above its call level on the corresponding annual review date. The call level will start at 101% of initial level and increase by 100 basis points each year.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the index. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
