New Issue: Barclays sells $1.27 million buffered autocallable fixed-coupon notes on four stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., June 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.27 million of 8.5% buffered autocallable fixed-coupon notes due May 29, 2026 linked to the share performance of Alphabet Inc., Apple Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on quarterly call date after one year.

If the notes are not called and each stock finishes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond the 80% buffer level.
