New Issue: Barclays prices $7.17 million capped notes linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., April 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.17 million of 0% capped notes due March 31, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 24%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Barclays is the agent. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. will act as placement agents.
