Columbus, Ohio, March 22 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3 million of 0% notes due March 20, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 21%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
