New Issue: Barclays sells $1.42 million autocallable notes linked to Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, March 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.42 million of 0% autocallable notes due March 17, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus annualized premium of 8.9% if on an annual call valuation date the index closes above its initial level.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the maturity date call premium if the index finishes at or above its initial level. If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to losses.
