New Issue: Barclays sells $23.4 million capped market-linked notes with principal return on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., March 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $23.4 million of 0% market-linked securities – upside participation to a cap and principal return at maturity due Aug. 4, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 18%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are the agents.
