New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million capped notes linked to S&P

Chicago, March 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% capped notes due Nov. 28, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index, capped at par plus 35%. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
Barclays is the agent with JPMorgan as placement agent.
