Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.95 million of 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 29, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times the return of the index, subject to a maximum return of par plus 51.85%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Barclays and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
