New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% digital notes due Feb. 27, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 75% of initial level, par plus 8.7%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
Barclays is the agent with JPMorgan as placement agent.
