New Issue: Barclays sells $850,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P

Chicago, Feb. 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $850,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Nov. 16, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index’s return is positive or zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of the index’s return, subject to a maximum payout of 114.5%.

Investors will receive par if the index drops by up to 80% barrier value and will be fully exposed to all index decline it drops by more than 20%.

Barclays is the agent.
